Easy Homemade Biscuits

Aloha friends,

I hope you are all doing well    🙂

Nothing beats the smell of biscuits baking in the oven ! One of the easiest recipes and the tastiest, YOU HAVE TO TRY IT !!

120 g Iced sugar.

120 ml Oil.

1 Egg.

1 ts of vanilla extract.

1 ts of baking powder.

Flour ( use the quantity that will turn your mixture into a biscuit dough just like the picture)

  • In a bowl, mix the egg, iced sugar, oil and the vanilla extract.
  • Add the baking powder and mix again.
  • Now all you have to do is to add your sifted flour little by little until your mixture turns into a biscuit dough ( well combined ) – you might need to get your hands in at the end to give everything a really good mix and press the dough together.

Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4/fan 160˚C

Roll out ( in a lightly floured surface ) to about 5mm. Cut into shapes (stars, hello kitty, hearts…).

Arrange them on greased baking sheets, spacing the biscuits so they have room to spread a little as they cook.

-Don’t leave the kitchen because it cooks pretty fast.
