Meet our Cat

Hello my friends!

I hope you are all doing well.

I am really excited for today’s post since I will be introducing to you Lilia, our cat. Although I am not a cat person, this cutie has quickly stolen my heart and became very special to me. 

Lilia is 7 months old. When we first brought him home, he was really small and very young. Because this is our first pet, we weren’t experienced and we didn’t know exactly how to feed him, how to make him feel safe… My siblings and I were very excited to take care of him. Slowly we realized that it would be better to take him back to his mother, and give him more time to grow up.

One month later, we brought Lilia back home, and it was much easier. He was very energetic and active. Because I went back to College, I couldn’t see him at this age, but I received daily pictures from his biggest fan, my little sister. She is the one who wanted the cat so badly. She spends her time bringing him water, feeding him, playing with him, and most importantly caring about him. I mean we all love him so much, but she is such a cat person, and all she talks about is her sweet cat. I guess I would do the same if it was a dog. 😉

I came back home about a month ago and I finally got to meet him again. He was so precious and much much bigger than I saw him last time. It took a little over a week for him to get used to me, but now we are best friends; I think he secretly loves my massages. 🙂
