Healthy Spanish Tortilla #mealprep

Hello lovely people!

Thank you for visiting my blog!

I just finished my semester, and I am finally back home visiting my family for Christmas holidays. A big part of my routine in college is meal prepping. And if you’ve been meal prepping for awhile, you would know that at some point you find yourself developing a list of recipes that are tasty yet quick to make. Spanish tortilla is a dish I frequently make and that’s very convenient to store and consume on several days. I thought, in this post, I would share with you the recipe. The quantities in this recipe is to make tortilla for one person. Therefore, you can adjust it the way you want depending on your serving. Continue reading “Healthy Spanish Tortilla #mealprep”

My Go-To Grocery List

Hello my friends!

I hope you are all doing well.

Starting a new semester doesn’t simply mean the beginning of new courses, but also getting ready to get back on track with the daily routines. Speaking of a new semester, I hope you all had a great start of semester whether you are in highschool or college. And to my college students out there, I hope you had great professors for this semester and got a flexible schedule (and not as much courses as I do). Continue reading “My Go-To Grocery List”

My Favorite Oatmeal Recipe

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all doing well.

I don’t know about you guys, but whenever I search for healthy breakfast ideas, oatmeal would be the first thing on the list. It looks aesthetically pleasing but far from appetizing, for me personally. Vegetables-Chicken Sandwich

Hello friends!

I hope you are all doing well!

With our “never-ending” to-do lists and our busy schedules, it’s very hard to allocate some time to cook: think about a meal idea, then look for the ingredients (that we 90% of the time don’t have 😅). I must say with college, I hardly find the time to grocery shop to begin with, mainly because I don’t specifically know what I need to buy, so I end up buying more than what I need  #thestruggle.
