I’m Back!

Hello my friends! How are you?

I hope you are all doing well.

Thank you for clicking on this post!

It’s been about a year since I’ve posted on my blog! I took a much needed break. Especially after graduating University in the middle of a pandemic, it was only right for me to get some rest, disconnect and enjoy some quality time with my family.

Now that I embark on a new Academic journey, I can’t wait to share it with you.

But what I am most excited about, is following new bloggers.

☀ So please feel free to share with me the link to your blog so I can give it a follow and read your articles. Also, if there are any blogs you like, share them as well!

Wish you a great and safe day wherever you are! ♡

3 Useful Spreads for Your Journal

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all doing well.

Thank you for visiting my blog.

I am not a big fan of bullet journals only because I feel like it’s an ongoing process – think about the theme of your spread, maybe doodle something, and most importantly be consistent with it. I am usually not always in the mood to schedule and organize every detail of the week. That’s why I have a journal where I write anything and everything at any time. However, I still like to have some sections that I know I will use throughout the year. Continue reading “3 Useful Spreads for Your Journal”

Things to Do to Survive Mental Health on a Daily Basis

Hello everyone!

How are you all doing?

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Today, I thought I would share with you some helpful activities/ simple things to do when you are not feeling your best. Mental health is a long journey that requires consistency and a lot of self-discipline. Although you might seek professional support and in some cases medications, I do believe that a huge part of this process comes from taking small steps to improve your emotional health on YOUR OWN.

8 Ideas for a Meaningful Summer

Hello friends!

I hope you are all doing well.

My summer holidays started almost 2 months ago, and I am loving it. Most of the time, summer holidays are related to traveling, road trips, pool parties and long nights out. I don’t know about you, but summer holidays are in my opinion the best way to have a me-time and also enjoy time with my family. After a hectic semester, full of stress and sleepless nights, summer holidays are what I need! As much as I found traveling fun and exciting, it can also be tiring and require a lot of effort and energy. #lazypotato. Of course traveling is a must in my summer holiday plan, but it is not the most important one. Summer is not just about going to those “dreamy” places with the prettiest views that we see on social media. Rather, summer holidays are the THE opportunity to savour the free time that you almost don’t have when you are working. Continue reading “8 Ideas for a Meaningful Summer”
